"Phoenix" became TimberRidge's first foal, born into our breeding program
on June 9, 2006. She is a sturdily built filly, chestnut with even chrome [2 hind socks and a stripe]. This filly
is destined for the equitation ring, but would also make a nice jumper or children's hunter. She has a very smart brain
and learns quickly. Phoenix likes to canter everywhere and has a very uphill, controlled canter since the day she was
born.
Her dam is Skipa Chevy Nova, a 15.2 hand Quarter Horse mare and her sire is Feuertanzer, a 16.2 hand Trakehner.
She has been registered with the American Trakehner Association's Appendix D and also carries lifetime registration with the
United States Equestrian Federation.
We expect Phoenix to mature just below or at 16 hands. At fifteen months, she
stood 14.3 hands and now at two years is 15.1. Phoenix has a very friendly temperament and is also very vocal -- she
nickers often.
This filly is offered for sale.
